At the same time, the implementation of permanent preventive work with persons with hostile relations was emphasized in order to prevent possible clashes and serious consequences in advance. The minister also referred to the morale and psychological state of the staff, emphasizing the importance of a healthy working environment, discipline and personal responsibility of the management.
Regarding the patrol service, the necessity of proper organization of instructions before the shift was emphasized. The Minister demanded to be principled and absolutely intolerant towards violations of the law, while excluding biased or selective treatment of drivers. The Minister referred to the increase in crimes caused by violations of traffic rules and instructed to strengthen the preventive work, paying special attention to the most risky road sections and regularly recorded violations.
