Hraparak daily writes:
Yesterday, the question-and-answer session with the government in the parliament took an unexpected and dramatic course, it lasted literally a few minutes and could have become a matinee of glorification of the CP, Pashinyan and the CP government, if the latter had the desire and followed through on the repeatedly staged scenario. The opposition, like the last few sessions, boycotted the question-and-answer session, according to our information, they are not going to appear before the June 7 elections. format at the NA sessions in order not to give Nikol Pashinyan, the great master of "crap" and demagoguery, the opportunity to present himself from the NA podium and create an opportunity for a free speech, so the CP was once again left alone.
They could, of course, ask pre-written questions, throw disagreements at each other, engage in lying, which would not be countered, but it turned out that they were tired of the theater of one actor here as well.
Registration of deputies was announced as soon as the session began, but only three CP deputies registered to ask the government a question, and two of them announced in advance that they would withdraw their question, only Hripsime Grigoryan remained, whose husband is the Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry, and who is an undisguised and ardent fan of Ararat Mirzoyan. to convey the thanks of the people of Gyumri especially on the occasion of Pashinyan's and French President Macron's visit and concert. Hripsime Grigoryan mentioned the EU political community summit held in Armenia in recent days and the Gyumri event.
He recited in a heart-rending, excited voice with the accent of a participant in a recitation evening. "I congratulate all of us on the successful and most beautiful organization of these truly large-scale, unprecedented events in Armenia. People told us that they asked us to convey to all our officials, Mr. Prime Minister, to you, to all our colleagues, it is difficult to convey their pride in words, you just need to see the faces of those people, feel their mood, feel the happiness, the joy that prevailed in Gyumri yesterday, nothing, no weather conditions, nothing. can change that. My colleagues and I just felt that the feelings will stay with us for a long time. I am sure that whoever was there yesterday and even watched it on the screens, has feelings. In short, I congratulate everyone and thank everyone who has contributed here. "Thank you," said the CP lady in a sighing voice, and Alen Simonyan tried to dispel the atmosphere of the children's and youth magazine and asked if the deputy had any questions, but received a negative answer and announced the end of the session.
We learned that Nikol Pashinyan instructed the CP faction leaders not to ask questions before coming to the parliament. We were not told why, but our sources presented their versions that firstly, the Prime Minister is tired, he spent several sleepless nights with the European guests, so he had no desire to beat the water for a couple of hours pointlessly. Apart from that, according to our source, they are not even interested in the staged question-and-answer session with one actor, without the opposition. And during yesterday's question-and-answer session, they would undoubtedly have to continue the anti-Russian parade, which was carried out by the Europeans who arrived in Armenia, turning Armenia into a theater of the Europe-Russia conflict.
And since Russia's reactions to this summit and especially Zelensky's speech are very sharp, they thought that the dose might be too much and Russia might not tolerate it anymore, that's why Pashinyan decided not to speak for the time being, to let the situation calm down.
