The above indicator is disturbing in itself, but the point is that inflation is felt more objectively and tangible for the most disadvantaged classes. "Statistical" inflation includes the movement of prices of various commodity groups, and very often a number of non-primary consumption goods may become less expensive or not at all, while essential goods may become more expensive. That's how it almost always happens in Armenia, especially recently.
Even with the unaided eye, it is noticeable that basic necessities have been growing rapidly in recent years, worsening the already poor condition of especially the poor. And if we add that new price increases were recorded during April: for fuel, vegetables, meat, etc., the picture will become clearer.
