"Yesterday, the leader of Samvel Ksrapetyan's party's security team, legendary detective Artur Avanesyan, Kandaz, was detained for 2 months. According to the official report, the latter made promises of election bribes to Artsakh Armenians.
According to the rumors spread among the Artsakh people, the "kamandir" was turned on by the Artsakh Armenians, with whom the latter started communicating at a distance after joining Karapetyan, and with some of them he is in a different kind of "chocolate" relationship, which was not liked by many Artsakh Armenian compatriots.
