We wrote that Tavush governor Hayk Ghalumyan dismissed his assistant Yura Bazinyan from his position on March 3.
Yura Bazinyan is a childhood friend of Nikol Pashinyan and Hayk Ghalumyan. He already has a new position: he was appointed advisor to the director of the "Aghstev" branch of the Armenian electrical networks. After taking it from Samvel Karapetyan, the National Security Agency has become an institution for employing CP cadres with high salaries.
Bazinyan is also the chairman of electoral commission No. 38 of Tavush marz (seat: Ijevan) from 2022. The seat of the other Electoral Commission No. 37 of Tavush Marz is in Noyemberyan. The chairman of that commission is former police officer Arkady Harutyunyan.
