"Iravunk" newspaper writes: "These days, many Artsakh residents are contacting the editorial office and expressing their concern that their applications for obtaining RA citizenship are being dragged on for months.
"He submitted the application in December, but no one has yet called us to go. As long as there were people, they said to get citizenship, and now we have fallen behind to get an Armenian passport. What is this, if not humiliation, they get their hands on," said the woman from Artsakh, who settled in Gyumri, indignantly. Dozens of Artsakh citizens are alarmed by the same problem, stating that they cannot get a certificate without an Armenian passport.
"The prices of houses for rent have been inflated, and we say, at least we should get the certificate we deserve, let's see what we can afford, but they don't let us do that," said the man from Artsakh. But is it difficult to understand that Artsakh Armenians will not be granted citizenship, at least until the end of the elections? Should they become citizens and vote against Nikoli?
