Despite the information provided in advance, the involvement of all administrative resources and Nikol Pashinyan's personal participation in the organizational work, the expected large-scale meetings in the communities do not take place.
For example, recently in Noyemberyan, Meghri, Agarak and other settlements, as the locals say, the same picture was repeated. representatives of the authorities arrive in the community, have a dialogue with the small number of people gathered, take some photos and videos, which are then distributed on official pages, and the visit ends without wide public participation. Moreover, in some cases (for example, in Agarak), nobody even greeted Nikol Pashinyan. Such a situation shows the real, non-social media attitude of the public towards the government.
And even though the official photos and videos of regional visits often create an image of an active political process, the situation in the places does not correspond to that displayed image. Perhaps this is also the reason why Pashinyan gives sharp and nervous reactions to citizens' questions at those meetings more and more often.
