US President Joe Biden welcomes the steps taken by Armenia and Azerbaijan to establish peace, APA reports. The US President said this in his congratulatory letter to Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan's Independence Day. "We welcome the steps taken by Azerbaijan and Armenia to establish a stable and dignified peace and are ready to support those efforts, and most importantly, we want to develop our partnership and strengthen relations with the people of Azerbaijan," Biden's letter reads.
