The Russian government has extended the temporary ban on the export of gasoline, diesel and other types of fuel.
As TASS reports, this was announced by the press service of the Russian government.
It is noted that the new decision extends the temporary ban on the export of automobile gasoline until February 28, 2026 inclusive.
The decree also extended the ban on the export of marine fuel, diesel fuel and other gas oils, including those purchased on the stock exchange, which will not apply to direct producers of petroleum products.
The restrictions will come into effect on December 28.
It is noted that the government takes such a step in order to maintain a stable situation in the domestic fuel market.
