The meeting between the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and the President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev has started in Astana. As reported by the correspondent of "Armenpress" from Astana, the Prime Minister of Armenia was welcomed by the President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Zhomart Tokayev at the residence of the President of Kazakhstan in the "Akorda" palace.
After the official application ceremony, the private meeting of the Prime Minister of Armenia and the President of Kazakhstan began, after which the meeting with the extended composition of the delegations is planned.
As part of the Armenian delegation, RA Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan, RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan, RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Davit Khudatyan, RA First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry Gevorg Mantashyan and other officials are scheduled to participate in the meeting.
From the Kazakh side, the participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Yermek Kosherbayev, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiyev, President of the Atomic Energy Agency Almasadam Satkaliev, Minister of Transport Nurlan Sauranbayev and other officials is planned.
On the agenda are issues related to the deepening of cooperation between the two countries in economic, political and other spheres, as well as the development of cooperation in regional issues.
