Today, on November 16, a major car accident took place in Lori Marz. Around 06:20, the truck transporting liquid gas in the administrative area of the Marts settlement of the Vanadzor-Alaverdi highway, under unknown circumstances, left the traffic lane, collided with the sign of the Marts settlement, then the iron barriers and overturned in the Marts river.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, 1 person was taken to the hospital as a result of the accident.
1 combat unit from the Tumanyan fire rescue squad of the rescue service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived at the scene.
Due to the fact of the accident, criminal proceedings were initiated in Tumanyan's investigative department.
