Interpol agents have launched an operation against illegal drug and human trafficking in Mozambique, Minister of the Interior Paulo Cacini announced.
"Interpol has started an operation, which is being carried out in our country, coordinated with the efforts of other countries," AIM news agency quotes the minister as saying.
"It is also happening in South Africa, Tanzania, Eswatini and Namibia. The goal is to fight human trafficking, drug trafficking and illegal migration."
The minister did not reveal the details of the operation.
