At around 12:10, 62-year-old Vitali B., a resident of Yerevan, applied to the Central Department of the Main Department of Community Police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and reported that on the same day, at around 12:00, he and his wife, 61-year-old Ruzan T., a resident of Yerevan, were beaten during an argument caused by a car accident at 13 Tigran Metsi Avenue.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, 28-year-old Vladimir M., a resident of Yerevan, was arrested and transferred to the Central Police Department on reasonable suspicion of physical intrusion.
