Vahagn Khachaturyan signed the law "On the ratification of the regulation on the joint activities of the Commission on State Border Demarcation and Border Security between Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Commission on State Border Demarcation between Azerbaijan and Armenia". The official website of the RA president informs about this.
To remind, during the four-day session that ended yesterday, the National Assembly approved the border delimitation regulation with Azerbaijan, to which only the ruling majority "Civil Agreement" faction voted, while the two opposition factions boycotted and refused to participate in the vote.
It should also be noted that the draft regulation was examined by the RA Constitutional Court, which stated in its conclusion that it does not conflict with the RA Constitution and confirmed the compliance of the draft document with the Mother Law.
