On October 4, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia Gurgen Arsenyan was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov. Having congratulated him on his appointment to the post of Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation wished Gurgen Arsenyan success for the benefit of strengthening allied ties between Russia and Armenia.
