Two months ago, the Peace Agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the White House of Washington will turn the South Caucasus into peace.

The statement came from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at the 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of the Organization of Turkic-Language States (CPP).
