The whole speech of the President of America lasted about 57 minutes at the General Assembly.
Next to the Chair of General Assembly, there is an indicator next to the speech, which is lit green at the beginning, then turns yellow, and 15 minutes later. However, maintaining time limitations is voluntary, and many leaders perform for about half an hour.
