Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have confirmed their intention to develop cooperation in such areas of energy, transport and logistics.


As reported by Armenpress, the Azerbaijani media reported that the Presidents of Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan Ilham Aliyev, Chalk Mirzijev and the President of the Million Meghris of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which was adopted as a result of the trilateral summit in Turkmenbashi.


According to the document published by the Turkmenistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the parties stressed the importance of developing cooperation in the field of energy and noted the special significance of cooperation in this area.


"Given the large potential in the field of transport and logistics, as well as to use the transit potential of the three countries, the parties stressed the importance of intensifying the Uzbekistan-Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan and vice versa.
