Arsen Torosyan, a deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, submitted his resignation on August 2025, according to Article 155, Part 1 of the National Assembly.

"According to Article 155, Part 2 of the National Assembly, the MP is withdrawing his resignation within a week, the statement of the National Assembly does not take the resignation of his / her powers, which is signed and published by the Speaker of the National Assembly. From the moment the publication of the Protocol is considered accepted, "the statement said.
Earlier, we reported that Arsen Torosyan, a member of the "Civil Agreement" faction of the National Assembly, will put a deputy mandate.
According to the information, Torosyan will be appointed Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
