In China, a woman gave birth to three children in four years, avoiding five years in prison, South China Morning Post writes.
In December 2020, the Court did not condemn Chinese child to five years in prison for fraud. However, according to Chinese law, pregnant women, as well as babies, can temporarily be temporarily sentenced by prison, home or hospitals under the control of public security.
