South Korean President Lee Ch "Ch" Munig reported in the festive speech on the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Korea that Seoul respects the system operating in the DPRK, calling for the trust of Phenyan, the presidential office reported.
"The north and the south are not enemies. We have decided that our special relations are a process where we seek peaceful union, respecting and recognizing each other's systems. This spirit passes like red threads with all the intergear-class agreements, "said Lee Je-Mion, whose full text was provided to journalists by the presidential administration.
The President stressed that "the government will respect these agreements and will immediately implement it (in the future)."
