The meeting between Russia and America Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump will be a diplomatic victory for Russia without the participation of Ukrainian and European representatives, according to the article in The New York Times (NYT).
On August 14, Russian President Yuri Ushakov stated that the meeting of Putin and Trump will begin on August 15 at 22:30 on Moscow during a face-to-face conversation.
According to him, the central topic of the meeting will be the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis, but the presidents will also address "wider issues of peace and security, as well as modern and most urgent international and regional issues."
