Former sitting of Artsakh State Minister, businessman and philanthropist Ruben Vardanyan took place in Baku.
According to Azerbaijani media, Vardanyan appealed to the court, saying that the translators who participated in the preliminary investigation were unprofessional, and that was why he complained to them.
Lawyer Abraham, who listed the names of the translators, supported Vardanyan's appeal.
However, Judge Zeynal Agha decided to reject the motion.
Then Vardanyan again applied to the "Court", stating that he was familiar with his lawyer. The minutes of the February 25 sitting and do not agree with some of the points mentioned in them.
In his opinion, the procedure for discussing his mediation was violated. On this basis, he said that the Court of Justice is interested in criminal prosecution, and again challenge the Judicial College. The lawyer defended the complaint. This complaint was also rejected.
