Today, the sitting of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Council of the Republic of Armenia was held led by Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan.
According to the agreement reached during the previous hearing, the draft lawsuits on the laws of "Making Amendments and Addenda to the Law on Making and Administrative Proceedings" in the Administrative Procedure of the Republic of Armenia "On Making Amendments and Admissions on Administrative Proceedings" were made in detail. In particular, thoughts were exchanged on the need for proposed settings, possible risks and management methods.
In the process of finalizing positions, emphasizing the proper addressing of concerns of organizations representing the private sector, the Deputy Prime Minister was given relevant instructions on further discussions.
