"The Constitution plays a key role in the life of any state. On July 5, 1995, an important event took place in the history of independent Armenia. The Constitution of the Republic of Armenia was adopted by the popular voting. The adoption of the country's main law declared that man is the highest value, and his rights and freedoms are the main priorities of the state. 2005 եւ 2015 As a result of the referendums, changes and additions were made in the country's Mother Law.
History shows that justice and mutual respect, as well as the rule of law and order are the grounds for the development and prosperity of any state.
Therefore, every year on July 5, establishing our desire to maintain the main values and principles of the state, we must follow these rules. It is the responsibility of each of us, addressed exclusively to the well-being of Armenia and the Armenian people.
