The Mayor of Etchmiadzin Diana Gasparyan writes:
Dear residents of Vagharshapat community, dear fellow citizens,
On June 22, 2018, I was appointed Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's decision, and from that day, a seven-year-old crazy journey began, full of difficulties, trials, obstacles, but at the same time with valuable achievements, victories and achievements. I can describe the past seven years as the most important period of my life, which created me as an individual, a citizen and leader, a period when I found, so I lost a lot. The achievements, as the head of the community, consider it immoderation to mention, because I think the case should talk about the leader. During these seven years, our community transformed all of us, and a huge job was done to see it's enough to move to the pre-revolutionary Etchmiadzin.
About losses. During these seven years, my long loss was the time I could provide my family and relatives, but I have provided their work due to employment. I think the moment I have come to make my whole time and potential to provide the newly created my family and baby child and make the responsibilities of the community leader.
Dear fellow citizens, I have made a difficult decision to give me a difficult family life, my child's upbringing, to expand my family, and I will no longer be able to hold the position of community leader. I would like to thank you for trustees and those who believe. You gave me strength and desire to work, and also criticized me. You have thousands of and desire. Any stage in life has a beginning and end, and at the moment I feel that it is time to finish this important stage of my life and start a new one.
I would also like to thank my political team, the Civil Agreement and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, to trust the inexperienced girl in 2018 and to be by her seven years.
