The European Union intends to allocate 900 million euros from the re-depletion of Russian frozen assets to Kiev to the end of 2025, the European Commissioner for Defense Andrius Kubilius at the conference on military cooperation in the EU-Ukraine.
"By the end of the year, the EU will provide 900 million euros for buying weapons and weapons for Kiev," he said. Kubilius also reminded that the head of the EU Diplomatic Service, on May 9, promised 1 billion euros to the Ukrainian military industry, emphasizing that the amount will be used to "production of various drones."
