China welcomes all efforts to achieve peace in Ukraine.
"We welcome all the efforts to achieve peace and we hope that all stakeholders will continue dialogue and negotiations for the conclusion of fair, durable, binding and acceptable peace agreement, which will eventually lead to the political settlement of the Ukrainian crisis," Lin Jian said.
On Sunday, Russian President Vladimir Putin applied to Russian and foreign media and offered Ukraine to resume direct talks without preconditions.
The Russian leader stressed that he does not rule out the acquisition of a real ceasefire, which will be maintained by the Kiev regime.
