In his White book of 2025, the Japan Defense Ministry will once again announce that military cooperation between Russia and China is concerned about Japan's security. This was reported by Kyodo news agency, which received the draft annual report of the Ministry of Defense.
The report states that the growing cooperation between Russia and China, including at the level of their armed forces, "causes serious concern for the security point of view".
Last year's report contained the same wording. At the same time, according to Kyodo, the new report will argue that Russia and China are "carrying out cyberetic attacks at the state level."
In the past, Japan has repeatedly expressed its concerns to the Russian Federation and China in the waters of the Russian Air Operation and the Eastern Armenian Sea.
