Representatives of the Ukrainian ministers' cabinet confirmed that Washington will receive a priority with the Ukrainian mines on the subsoil agreement.
The first deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy Yulia Sviridenko made a statement. Earlier, the Ukrainian media reported such information.
"The effectiveness of the fund will depend on the interests of American partners. They are interested, as they receive priority information about new investment opportunities, first of all, in the field of raw materials, oil and gas, "Strana published Sviridenko as saying.
The Minister added that, as before, competitions and auctions will be held for other companies, but they will also be able to apply to the Foundation for support. The foundation managers have not been decided yet. The United States may be representatives of the DFC (International Finance Corporation) and the Ministry of Finance.
Officials say the foundation will start operating in a few weeks. Negotiations on additional agreements, which are officially not published, continue every day. Kachka said that "most likely", the documents will be published.
