The Israeli drone hit the car between Lebanon's Mez Al Jabal and the villages of Blida, killing three people, the source of the Lebanese ambulance service told RIA Novosti.
"The drone struck with a managed rocket with a pickup truck between two settlements. One Lebanese citizen and two Syrians were killed. As a result of the blow, the car burned entirely, and there was also a loss of damage in the incident, "said the agency's source.
Israeli forces continue to blow inside Lebanon, despite the agreement reached with Hezbollah in November last year.
According to the agreements, the Israeli Defense Army should have taken its units to the January 26, but it did not happen. Israeli troops remain in five positions along the Lebanese border.
