The Prime Minister of Canada Mark Karni and the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky discussed the Ukrainian settlement and the members of Ukraine should have participated in the talks to achieve stable peace, the Canadian government's press service reported.
"Today, Prime Minister Mark Stone spoke with the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelopinsky. The two leaders agreed that lasting peace can only be reached at the negotiating table with Ukraine, "the press release said.
The Prime Minister of Canada noted that his country is ready to support Ukraine in achieving stable peace and security. The leaders agreed to maintain close ties and met in June at the 51st G7 summit in Kankaskis, Alberta.
