"The Municipality of Yerevan has built 38 football fields in Yerevan this year, and we are increasing their number every year. When have you seen this amount of yard work in Yerevan? We are doing major repairs in 134 yards, and if we also take into account the yards under repair, there are more than 200. This volume of work has not been done, and there may be problems in this volume," he said.
Avinyan also noticed. "We do not say that we are infallible and that we do everything 100% correctly. But the claim that it is not done in reality or that we fail and do not pay attention to the shortcomings, does not correspond to reality."
The mayor also assured that he accepts reasonable criticism, but called to recall what different parts of the Mergelyan Park or the Ring Park looked like and what they have become now.
