Former Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian again touched upon the issue of illegally stored Armenian captives, hostages and other persons stored in Baku.
"I feel that our authorities want to turn this issue into an internal political problem to maintain and strengthen their positions or to hide their inaction. This problem is a matter of all narrow interests, our primary issue should be the question of returning those guys to their homeland, "he said.
