RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan writes:
"According to the results of 2024, the gross domestic product of the Republic of Armenia (GDP) increased by 5.9% in a real term compared to the previous year.
In 2021-2026, the average annual economic growth target was preserved in 2021-2026 as a result of the 2021-2026 of the Government of 2021.
As a result of 2023, 8.3% were registered in Armenia, in 2022 - 12.6%, in 2021 - 5.8% economic growth. According to the average annual results of 2024, the number of employees in Armenia amounted to 760,555 people.
This figure is more than 203,878 or 36.6% compared to the same period in 2018, and compared to the same period of 2023 or by 37,882 or 5.2%.
In 2024, the average annual nominal salary was 287,172 AMD, increasing by 114,445 AMD or 66.3% compared to 2023 or 6.4%. As a result of 2024, inflation was 1.5%, and the accumulative inflation of 2018-2024 was 25.3%.
Thus, the real growth of the salaries of 2018-2024 was about 40%.
Thus, Armenia continues to be on the orbit of stable economic development.
