The United States is now a much more balanced position on Ukraine than European countries. This testifies to the real desire of Washington to resolve the conflict, the press secretary of the Russian president Dmitry Peskov told reporters, commenting on the situation with the American resolution on Ukraine.
"We see that the United States is a much more balanced position, which really helps to normalize the conflict around Ukraine, we believe that such a balanced position shows the real desire to contribute to the settlement," he said.
Peskov noted that Brussels statements "do not yet announce balance." "But maybe as a result of Europeans and Americans, Europe will show a greater balance," he said.
