During the negotiations between the leaders of the Russian Federation and Armenia in the Kremlin, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov discussed with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan the issue of quadroberts: "Do you have quadroberts?" Lavrov asked his Armenian counterpart and, without waiting for an answer, noted that it is a new movement, people they behave like dogs.
Mirzoyan confirmed that he knows about the movement of quadrobers, calling it new. On his part, Armenian Ambassador to Russia Gurgen Arsenyan, who was present at the conversation, said that quadrobers in Europe already define themselves as "gender".
