Cars collided, there are injuries

On February 11, at 01:01, the National Crisis Management Center received an alarm that a traffic accident had occurred near the address 141 Sebastia Street in Yerevan: two cars collided, a citizen was trapped. Rescuers’ help was needed.

A combat crew from the Yerevan City Rescue Department’s Fire and Rescue Squad and the National Crisis Management Center’s operational group left for the scene.

It turned out that the cars of the “Lada” (driver: H. M., born in 1996) and “Nissan” brands collided. Then the “Nissan” car crashed into the display window of an auto parts store.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, A. A. was pulled out of the car by local forces. The latter and passenger Kh. Kh. was hospitalized at a medical center.

Rescuers turned off the power to the cars and closed the gas cylinder valve of the Lada.
