A package of legislative initiatives was developed in the direction of expanding consumer rights protection. It is reported from MSU.
According to that project, the powers of the MSU will be significantly expanded in this direction and it will become a central body protecting the collective interests of consumers.
At the same time, mechanisms are being developed to ensure the protection of individual interests of consumers.
In particular, it is planned to have an e-mail address. a platform through which the consumer can direct his complaint to the business operator, in case of a negative response, it will be directed to professional public organizations.
