How was the "DEPENDENT" relationship that RA had until 2018 under all the previous governments expressed, especially when Armenia won and defended its territorial integrity and border inviolability in the case of those "dependent" relationships? And vice versa. What new relations is the government talking about, when the territorial integrity and inviolability of the borders they indicated during their term of office are the new ones they declared? under the conditions of the course, it was not violated, but destroyed in some places.
Or what is the Pashinyan government building, which has not provided any visible results during these 6-7 years, moreover, Armenia has lost territories during this period, Azerbaijan is the leader in the negotiation process, and the severe consequence of the government's vision is the loss of Artsakh and the capture and violence of our compatriots. displacements.
It is clear that this concept is military-political, has a political component, but in my impression, it was written not so much to set military pragmatic guidelines, as to bring the political speech to one or another center. Moreover, some formulations of this concept endanger the same RA territory that they mentioned. integrity and the inviolability of borders and transforms the document into a concept of "counters" and new confrontations".
