The RA authorities have not taken any visible and effective steps in the direction of clearing the territory of Armenia from militants, announcing that they will leave as a result of border demarcation. It is not known when the demarcation will reach that area. Moreover, Aliyev disputes that these territories are Armenian... In these circumstances, Pashinyan is talking about giving some "Kyark" to Azerbaijan.
