By decision of the head of the Food Safety Inspection Body, the production activities of the public catering facility belonging to individual entrepreneur Samvel Diloyan (Shirak region, Gyumri city, Shahumyan street 125/6) have been suspended.
The basis for the suspension is the violations of sanitary and hygienic norms incompatible with food production, discovered as a result of the inspection. In particular:
- the food facility was not designed, constructed and located in a way that would allow for appropriate care, cleaning or disinfection, to exclude contact with toxic substances, and the penetration of foreign particles into the food,
- the bathroom door opened directly into the food processing area,
- there was no changing room for the staff,
- the floor, doors, ceiling, and surfaces in direct contact with food did not have a smooth surface, were kept in a poor condition, which did not allow for proper cleaning and disinfection, and there was an accumulation of dirt and a risk of particles falling.
The manager was instructed to take the necessary measures and bring the food facility into compliance with the requirements of the legislation. A deadline was set for the elimination of violations.
