As a result of the execution of the petition of the prosecutor's office of Gegharkunik region, the fence of the private house illegally built by Gagik Tsarukyan, located in the lower part of Lake Sevan, was dismantled.

The Prosecutor's Office informs that the claim for the protection of state interests regarding the residential houses and buildings under the illegal possession of "Multi Group" concern LLC in the coastal area of Sevan is in court proceedings. As a result of the execution of petitions of the prosecutor's office, from December 2025 until today, 205 illegally built main and non-main buildings were dismantled in 70 plots of land located on the shore of Lake Sevan, below the absolute mark.

In addition, two contracts were resolved by "Sevan National Park" SNOC.
