The "Taliban" delegation will participate for the first time in the UN climate conference COP29 to be held in Azerbaijan.

This was reported by Agence France-Presse (AFP), referring to the press secretary of the Afghan Foreign Ministry, Abdul Qahar Balkhi.

"The delegation of the Afghan government will be in Baku," said the representative of the Foreign Ministry.
