According to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's decision, Roza Babayan was appointed Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. Before the appointment, Babayan held the position of advisor to the Minister of ASR since February 2026.
He also previously worked in a number of international organizations, including the World Health Organization, UNICEF, the United Nations Population Fund, the Council of Europe and the Asian Development Bank.
According to another decision of the Prime Minister, Araik Yesayan, acting Deputy Minister of ASR, was relieved of his post.
