Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz amid the third series of US strikes on the republic in a week.

It will remain closed until the end of the US intervention in the region. no vessel will be allowed to pass. The ban was imposed after warning shots were fired for a ship trying to cross the strait.

Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps naval forces announced that one of the ships ignored navigational instructions in the Strait of Hormuz and was stopped by warning shots.
