"Zhoghovurd" daily writes that the Ministry of Economy presented a project for public discussion, according to which the "Unified electronic information system of the grape value chain" created by the foundation will be transferred to the ministry with a donation, including software, exclusive property rights, codes, databases, GIS, technical documents and the entire digital infrastructure.
The discussion will last from June 11-28, 2026. The system includes vineyard registration, producer register, control of procurement contracts and GIS integration, with possible expansion for other crops. The operator will remain the foundation, the control and development will be transferred to the ministry, and for the launch it is planned to increase the state server capacities.
