The anti-corruption committee applied to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia to register candidate for deputy D. To submit a petition to the CEC in order to deprive G. of his immunity.
As a result of the activities carried out by the RA anti-corruption committee officers, factual information was obtained that the persons appointed as responsible in the Yerevan Arabkir administrative district office of the "Strong Armenia" party, as well as D. G., with a preliminary agreement with the supporters of the party and a group of people cooperating with them, promised voters and also gave election bribes.
Regarding the case, the RA Anti-Corruption Committee initiated criminal proceedings, arrested a number of persons, conducted searches and other administrative actions.
