The active party of "Strong Armenia" led by Samvel Karapetyan has "counted" all political prisoners, whether they are under alternative conditions of detention, i.e. under house arrest or administrative control regime or in detention centers, and once a month they deliver mandatory "tulik" to these people.
We are not talking about a gift of several thousand drams, but several hundred thousand. We were told that only Artur Sargsyan, a member of parliament from Sisian, representative of the "Armenia" bloc, refused it, citing that he is under house arrest and does not particularly need it.
Let's remind that Sargsyan is going through the Holy Struggle or the so-called case of 18 righteous people.
