"Dear citizens,
After long discussions, we have offered to follow people who have been deprived of driving license.
People who have been deprived of their driving license can restore their right without an examination after 1 year after being deprived of it, by paying an appropriate fee.
After rehabilitation, a one-year probationary period is established. For that one year, the driver will be awarded 6 points.
If the driver does not consume those six points during that one year or is not deprived of the driving license, then the next year he receives 13 points again, and if he consumes 6 points or is deprived, then he cannot drive for 1 year and can restore the right only through examinations.
Dear citizens, soon a poll on this issue will be posted on my page. Please express your position by voting "for" or "against". Voting will last 48 hours," he said.
